These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of gagpie.com and the AI photo effects offered on it (the "Service"), operated by Gag Pie ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Gag Pie provides free, AI-generated photo effects for entertainment. All results are artistic interpretations created by software. They are not real photographs, predictions or factual statements about anyone, and must not be relied on for any decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your photos and content

  • You may upload only photos that you own or have permission to use, and only photos of people who have agreed to have their image transformed.
  • You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them solely to create and deliver your result, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You may use the results you create for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • harass, bully, shame or threaten anyone, or create content that is hateful or discriminatory;
  • impersonate another person, create fake endorsements or mislead others into believing an edited image is real;
  • create sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way;
  • use results in official documents, identification or any context that requires an unedited photo;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law;
  • interfere with the Service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

5. Advertising

The Service is free because it is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads; a link to a third-party website is not an endorsement by us.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, guides, logos and software are owned by Gag Pie or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results can be unexpected or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gag Pie is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including how you or others use the results you create.

9. Reporting content

If you believe content on the Site violates these Terms or infringes your rights, email support@gagpie.com with a description and a link, and we will review it promptly.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
